About Kingsmeadow
This is a good time to launch a new website for Kingsmeadow School, in a year which has seen:-
* the most successful KS3 SATS results in the school's history
* an 8% improvement in the number of pupils achieving 5 or more A* - C grades - the highest increase in the borough
* a positive OfSTED report which praised both the standards of teaching and pupil behaviour
* the appointment of a new Head - Mr Simon Taylor

We have also seen the introduction of provision for pupils both before and after school with the introduction of BREAKFAST facilities and the beginning of staffed study-support sessions.
On the site the new learning centre has been completed and is open for business. Learning Centre Learning World, who are running the centre are more than happy for visitors to pop in. There's no charge.
